Duties of the New/Used Car Sales Executive:
  • Selling new and used vehicles, accessories, add-ons, and warranties to customers
  • Presenting finance and insurance products to maximise sales
  • Maintaining communication with customers about vehicle delivery progress and informing them of any delays
  • Addressing customer queries promptly and effectively
  • Collecting payments and ensuring smooth transaction completion
  • Explaining warranty, service schedules, and introducing customers to the Service Department where applicable
  • Demonstrating vehicle features and providing exceptional after-sales support
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Working closely with the sales team and reporting to the Sales Manager to ensure business objectives are met
Requirements of the New/Used Car Sales Executive:
  • Proven successful experience as a Car Sales Executive, ideally within a franchise dealership environment
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and achieving results
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Capable of working independently and proactively seeking sales opportunities
  • Brand-focused with a keen attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Energetic, dedicated, and committed to professional growth
