Level 3 IT Technician (MSP Experience)

About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Level 3 IT Technician with experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You’ll handle escalated support tickets, manage client systems, and assist with IT projects — delivering exceptional service every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 3rd-line technical support and fault resolution

  • Maintain and upgrade client IT systems

  • Plan and deliver migrations and IT projects

  • Ensure SLA compliance and excellent customer service

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in a similar role within an MSP

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016–2022), Office 365, Active Directory & Azure AD

  • Experience with Hyper-V, WAN/LAN troubleshooting, VLANs, and VoIP

  • Project management and multitasking ability

  • Full UK driving licence required
